Jan-Willem Septer is an experienced CEO, CFO, COO and consultant with extensive  experience in business transformations. After a successful career in various Supply Chain, ICT and Finance leadership functions he started his own Consultancy- & Interim office branded Pragmatisch (Dutch for Pragmatic) in 2014. Before this he worked at Pon as a board member and business transformation lead of several companies within the group for 12 years. Pon is an internationally operating family business with a turnover of € 10 billion in trade, engineering and manufacturing and is connected to Caterpillar and Volkswagen as important brands. In the 7 years before Jan-Willem was a business development and implementation lead at TNT Logistics (currently known as Ceva). Since 2024 he has also been affiliated with PJ Strategy (https://pjstrategy.com)  

He is able to develop vision and strategy together with the team and translate them into concrete business objectives and to organize processes, people and the associated control structure in such a way that these objectives are achieved. He has a proven track record in building and professionalizing organizations and to develop people to a higher level. Jan-Willem has an Engineering degree in Logistics Management, a Master degree in Business Administration, a Post graduate degree in Finance & Controlling and an executive degree in Operations & Technology.
